Subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis, always on the same day of the month. All subscription services are at will, and you may cancel your subscription at any time by signing in, then going to the “Your Account” page, click “My Subscriptions”, click “Edit/Cancel”, and you may pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade from there.
Refunds & Returns
Absolutely no refunds for any reason. All subscriptions and video purchases are gifts given of my free will in joyful delight at your donation to Heart of Gold Sanctuary. Donations cannot be refunded. Thank you for helping me save horses lives, and I hope you enjoy our entertaining community here where I share my passions with you.
